Hallelujah Acres programs and influence continues to grow. Nearly 1,000 new people contact Hallelujah Acres each week in search of information, products and services. In response to this growth, Hallelujah Acres is finalizing plans to relocate and expand its international headquarters facilities. The proposed plan for the new facility includes:

Welcome/Information Center 9,775 sq. ft.
Corporate Offices 30,245 sq. ft.
Meeting/Presentation Rooms 17,940 sq. ft.
Culinary Academy 10,580 sq. ft.
Media Center 8,165 sq. ft.
Restaurant 7,970 sq. ft.
Hotel 48,253 sq. ft
Distribution Center 40,000 sq. ft.
Total Headquarters Facility 172,928 Sq. Ft

With the amount of land currently available to Hallelujah Acres for the development, over 1,000 homes are possible, including condominiums and single family detached dwellings.

Additional information on the survey conducted to determine the demand for the residential component of the new Hallelujah Acres International Headquarters development includes:

  • 1,369 responses
  • 151 people would like to occupy a residence within 12 months
  • 46% of the homes would be over $200,000
  • 22% of the homes would be over $300,000
  • Average home size between 1,500 and 2,500 sq. ft.
  • 62% of respondents are between 46 and 65 years of age
  • 54% are married
  • 34% of respondents would like a lot less than ¼ acre
  • 96% prefer walking trails, 71% prefer a community club, 80% prefer sidewalks
  • 54% would be primary residence, 46% would be second home

The new headquarters will be located across the street from the current headquarters in Shelby, North Carolina.
